These terms are the agreement between you and Artimora Private Limited for using Gatiwo. Please read them; we have kept them short. By creating an account or using Gatiwo, you agree to them.
The short version
- Gatiwo is in beta. The beta version is not free: the Free plan covers the CRM for up to 6 people, and Premium, with the WhatsApp assistant, is a paid plan.
- Your business owns its data. You can export it and leave at any time.
- Keep your login safe and use Gatiwo lawfully, including when you message customers.
- WhatsApp features also follow Meta’s rules.
- You only pay for Premium after you ask for it and our team confirms it with you.
1. About these terms
Gatiwo (the website at gatiwo.com and the app at app.gatiwo.com) is a product of Artimora Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U32909UW2026PTC259103), registered office Office 1604, Tower A, ATS Bouquet, Block B, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304 (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person using Gatiwo and, where you use it for a business, that business too. If you accept these terms for a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
2. Early access
Gatiwo is currently in beta (early access). That means:
- features may change, be added or be removed, sometimes without much notice;
- you may meet bugs, slow moments or downtime;
- we may limit how many people can join or how much they can use.
We work hard to keep your data safe and the app running, but please keep your own copies of anything critical. The business owner can export the business data from Settings at any time. Your feedback shapes the product, and we are grateful for it.
3. Who can use Gatiwo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Gatiwo is built for running a business, not for personal or household use.
4. Your account and security
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your sign in safe: your password, your Google account or your phone. Do not share your login. Invite team members so each person has their own.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Business owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and what roles they give.
- Tell us straight away at support@gatiwo.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
5. Your data
Your business owns its data. The leads, customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, tasks, messages, photos and other content your business puts into Gatiwo belong to your business. We do not claim any ownership of it.
You give us permission to store, copy, process and display that data only as needed to run Gatiwo for you, keep it secure and support you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Because the data about your customers is yours, you are responsible for it: you must have the right to collect it and to contact the people in it, and you must follow the laws that apply to you, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For your customers’ data, your business is the Data Fiduciary and we act as your processor, as our Privacy Policy explains.
If a business has several members, the business (through its owner) controls its data. A member who leaves or deletes their account does not take the business’s records with them.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not use Gatiwo to:
- break any law, or help someone else break one;
- send spam, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- harass, threaten, defraud or mislead anyone;
- store or share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- collect people’s personal data without a lawful reason;
- upload viruses or harmful code, or try to break, overload or get around Gatiwo’s security;
- access another business’s data or another person’s account without permission;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Gatiwo, or scrape it with automated tools, unless we have agreed in writing.
If you do, we may remove content, limit features or suspend your account (see section 12).
7. WhatsApp and Meta
Gatiwo’s WhatsApp features work through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. When you connect WhatsApp, you must also follow Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. In particular, only message customers who have agreed to hear from you.
Meta decides what its platform allows. It may restrict, review or block a number, or change its rules or prices, and we cannot control that. If Meta’s changes affect a Gatiwo feature, we may have to change or pause that feature.
8. Fees
Gatiwo is in beta, and the beta version is not free. There are two plans:
- Free: the CRM (leads, customers, jobs, tasks, quotes, GST invoices, payment reminders and reports) for up to 6 people, without the WhatsApp assistant. It costs nothing.
- Premium: everything in Free plus the Gatiwo WhatsApp assistant, for any number of people. It is priced per person per month, with a lower price per person as the team grows, plus 18% GST. Paying yearly costs 10 months for 12. Current prices are on our pricing page. Each month Premium includes a set amount of WhatsApp messages, AI commands and voice note minutes for your business, shared between its people.
We may offer a free trial of Premium, for example 2 weeks. To get one, you fill in a short form in the app and our team contacts you. When a trial ends, your business moves back to the Free plan by itself and none of your data is removed.
Online payment is not available yet. You are charged only after you ask for Premium and our team confirms the plan and the price with you. Prices may change; before a change applies to a plan you are paying for, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can move to the Free plan or export your data and leave instead.
WhatsApp messaging costs charged by Meta are included in the Premium price within your monthly allowance.
9. Availability and changes to Gatiwo
We aim to keep Gatiwo available and working well, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error free, especially during the beta. We may need to take it offline for maintenance or updates. Gatiwo depends on outside services (such as hosting, database, Google sign in and WhatsApp), and their outages can affect it.
We may change, improve or remove features. If we plan to shut Gatiwo down entirely, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.
10. Our property and your feedback
Gatiwo itself, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to Artimora Private Limited. We give you a personal, non transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Gatiwo without owing you anything.
11. Our responsibility to you
Gatiwo is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, for example that it will suit a particular purpose. Gatiwo helps you keep records and send messages; you remain responsible for checking quotes, invoices, tax amounts and the decisions you make.
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill or lost data that you could have saved by exporting it;
- our total liability to you for all claims related to Gatiwo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹5,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim is brought against us because of data you put into Gatiwo, or because you broke these terms or the law.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Gatiwo at any time. The business owner can export the business data from Settings. You can delete your account from My profile. What happens to your data then is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, puts others or Gatiwo at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data. We may also end the beta or close Gatiwo with the notice described in section 9.
Sections that by their nature should continue (such as your data ownership, liability limits and governing law) keep applying after your use ends.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Gatiwo grows, for example when paid plans arrive or when we launch in Japan. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Gatiwo after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can export your data and close your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly. If we cannot resolve it, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. General
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Gatiwo.
